2. The data we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the “Book a demo” form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company or casino brand, optional monthly support volume, and any message. We use these solely to respond to your request.

Information collected automatically

• Traffic measurement — Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and visits using only the request itself (page, referrer, country, browser type). It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track you across sites, so it runs without asking for consent.
• Analytics — with your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, and interactions such as demo-button clicks). No analytics cookies are set until you accept.
• Server and security logs — our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address and request metadata to operate and secure the site.

3. How and why we use your data

• Responding to demo requests — lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps at your request prior to any contract.
• Counting visits (cookieless) — lawful basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how much the site is used, using a method that touches nothing on your device.
• Analytics and site improvement (Google Analytics) — lawful basis: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).
• Operating and securing the site — lawful basis: our legitimate interest in a reliable, secure service.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and local-storage items. Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner; until then, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage disabled. You can change your choice at any time (see section 9).

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (processors) that help us run the site, each acting on our instructions:

• Google (Google Analytics) — website analytics.
• Resend — delivers your demo-request form submission to our team by email.
• Fly.io — hosting (servers located in Frankfurt, EU).
• Cloudflare — DNS, content delivery, and cookieless traffic measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep data

We keep demo-request enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and for 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in line with our Google Analytics configuration.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lead supervisory authority is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten), imy.se.

9. Managing your cookie choice

To change or withdraw consent, use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, which reopens the cookie dialog, or clear this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser. Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
