Pricing FAQ
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is billable when Pitbot produced at least one draft or reply for it. Messages rejected by the input filter, rate limiter or suppression list, operator utilities on an already-billed conversation, and conversations escalated to a human before any draft are not billed. A conversation the AI drafted and then escalated is billable.
What happens when the free 50 run out or the 30 days end?
New player messages wait for your team to pick them up until you choose a plan. Nothing breaks and no player is left without a reply.
Is there a discount for annual prepay?
Yes — 15% off Starter, Growth and Scale when you prepay annually. Enterprise is billed annually by default.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are billed under the reverse charge.
Can we bring our own model keys?
Yes, from the Growth plan up. Starter runs on Pitbot's managed model access.
Is there a design-partner programme?
Yes, for a small number of operators. Book a demo to talk about it.
